On January 8, 2014, Fariël joined GIDEON Advisory Services N.V. in the position of Assistant Tax Consultant. She ensures that clients' tax affairs are in order. This includes drawing up salary, pension and health care calculations among her daily activities. Fariël is passionate about keeping financial records and everything that comes with it. In addition to her work at GIDEON, she also studies Tax Law and Economics at ABC Hogeschool Suriname. In 2009 she was temporarily employed at a lottery company in Suriname. At this employer she provided support to the administrative department and also worked in the Helpdesk department. Fariël is now in the final phase of her bachelor's degree in tax law and has built up sufficient experience and knowledge to function independently.
